All orders not indicated as "Made to Order" are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  "Made to Order" items require 1-2 weeks of processing time before shipping will occur. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

At this time we do not ship out of the United States through Shopify. However, you can visit our Etsy shop for International products.

We do not offer returns or refunds.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carly@desertmusestudios.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
